I'm a Nationally Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with a clinical mental health counseling degree from Portland State University.  

I work from an existential humanistic perspective, using emotion focused, narrative, internal family systems and reality therapy approaches. Before becoming a therapist I worked in advertising as a writer, helping brands find and make meaning. I bring that creative perspective to my work.
