I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a clinical mental health counseling degree from Portland State University. I work from an Existential Humanistic approach, and my post-graduate education has been led by a deep curiosity about the human experience and an ongoing exploration of the therapeutic theories and models that try to understand and bring healing to that vast complexity. I’m trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 2), Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Analytic Psychology and Metalization Based Therapy (MBT).

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a writer in advertising, helping brands find and make meaning. I bring that creative perspective to my work.
