Couples Counseling

From the second we're born, we’re in relationship: with the world, with our own bodies, with our caregivers, our family, our history, our identity, our beliefs. Couples counseling is an opportunity to understand who and how we are in relationship. What patterns or beliefs or behaviors might be keeping us stuck, and what’s underneath that’s waiting to be known. When know ourselves more deeply, we can understand each other more deeply. Even relationships that are ready to transition to something new or to come to an end have so much to teach us about ourselves—if we're able to open ourselves to learning. 

I work with all kinds of couples and relationship structures, from closed marriages to open and poly relationships to co-parenting and navigating thoughtful, healthy separations. Poly, kinky and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Rates are $200/50 min for couples. Payment is due when we meet, and you can pay by cash, check, PayPal or Venmo.

I don't accept insurance. There are a limited number of slots available for a sliding scale depending on financial need. Things happen, so one last minute session cancellation is no charge. After that, I charge the full session fee unless you've given me 24 hours notice.
